Online coaching is suitable for all weightlifters, whether you've just recently started practicing or have already trained for years. We've got something to offer for everyone, and everyone has room for improvement in their skills and technique. Every week, we'll provide you with a new training programme and access to the technique videos that act as examples of correct technique. We will show you how to train correctly. During the course, we will also introduce you to our core training exercises. We will also talk about our own experiences during our careers.
