Online coaching is suitable for all weightlifters, whether you've just recently started practicing or have already trained for years. We've got something to offer for everyone, and everyone has room for improvement in their skills and technique. Every week, we'll provide you with a new training programme and access to the technique videos that act as examples of correct technique. We will show you how to train correctly. During the course, we will also introduce you to our core training exercises. We will also talk about our own experiences during our careers.

Online weightlifting coaching is suitable for everyone. It is a six-week weightlifting course that primarily focuses on snatch and clean and jerk technique.
A six-week programme that includes four weightlifting sessions per week. There are technique videos for each lift. Watching the videos helps each participant get a good idea of the correct technique. It is important to improve your knowledge of correct techniques as well as your eye for it. The training programme also includes tougher training sessions, since the goal is to increase the strength of your whole body, not just improve your technique.

See how Milko Tokola preparing for the last ten days of Finnish Weightlifting Championship competitions. Milko Tokola is defending his title Finnish Champion in 85 kilos categoria. Last year's best Finnish weightlifter Tokola is recovering from knee surgery which was after the Rio Olympics. Goal is to win Championship and that would be Milko' ninth adult Finnish champion. You can access the content immediately after the championship competitions 20.02.2017. Course is available 2 weeks
